Dear applicant, We are excited to launch this application for a iGIP CEED‘er position for AIESEC in Estonia. The position will give you the chance to gain deeper experience in sales and how iGIP works in northern Europe. You will work under the supervision of the MCVP iGIP but most of the work will be independently. You will be based both in Tartu where AIESEC in Estonia has one LC and the capital Tallinn were the MC together with two LC’s are located. This will give you an opportunity to see more of Estonia while working in different parts of the country. AIESEC in Estonia MC Team 15.16

• Raising TN takers for both for LC’s and MC • Matching for the MC • Educating iGIP members on sales techniques and basic matching procedures

Total working hours per week – 40 CEED‘er is expected to work from 9:00 to 17:00 CEED‘er must bring his/her own computer CEED‘er will work in MC and LC offices
Duration – 6-8 weeks The earliest start date - 18th of January Accommodation will be provided Transportation within the country will be provided for the purpose of work
