At the beginning of the term, we as a MC team, committed to doing what it takes to make AIESEC impactful for Estonian society. This is why we have shifted our GCDP projects to align with the global SDGs and changed the focuses of our projects. We have 3 more months to create stories in Estonia, and we are looking for ambitious, and value-driven CEEDers to join us!

In order to increase our relevancy as an organization to Estonia & The Baltic States, we have created summer Regional Projects with AIESEC in Latvia aligned with the Global Goals. Our focus of these projects include raising overall awareness of the Global Goals among Estonian Youth, and providing a work space for students to create solutions for 2 issues that the Baltics face: 1. Good Health & Well-Being 2. Gender Equality
General Expectations Expectations: • Total working hours per week: 40 • CEEDer is expected to work in the office from 9am to 5pm • CEEDer is expected to bring his/her computer • The role begins April 22nd, 2016 and ends July 22nd, 2016 • We are looking for applicants with minimum LCVP experience • Unpaid, but accommodation is provided • Transportation costs associated with the regional projects will be covered Timeline: • CEED application opens: March 22nd • CEED application closes: March 27th (midnight GMT +2) • CEED announcement: March 28th to March 31st • CEEDers arrive in Estonia: April 22nd (latest)
Regional Project Manager (Part 1) Hours per week: 40 Accountable to: MCVP iGCDP (Shivam Bhatia) As Regional Project Manager, you will support the creation, implementation, and execution of Regional summer projects for The Baltic States. You will be working on the raising, matching, realization, and delivery of the projects with MC Latvia & MC Estonia. Job Tasks: • Raising project TNs • Selling iGCDP projects to external organizations to raise project sponsorships • Interviewing & matching EPs for the project • Realization activities & management of exchange S&S for National Project
Regional Project Manager (Part 2) Measurements of Success: • Realization of minimum 20 EPs • Value-delivery management to stakeholders, partners, EPs • Host Family Program Management Key Performance Indicators: • # of cold calls made • Total funding raised for the project • # of confirmed accommodation spots for project • # of matched EPs • # of realized EPs • NPS for different stakeholders (EPs + TN Takers)
