VISION NORLDS Is to enable the Nordic collaboration to meet and discuss the different issues that are facing the various Nordic entities in day to day operations. Furthermore, we believe that this conference will be a great opportunity for both the national entities and the international ones to work together to overcome issues in order to actively develop not only our members but our national entities as well.!

-Coordinating CC members -Cooperation with AM and EB -Coaching and motivating CC members -Weekly reports to MCVP PR -Communication with alumni -Creating a final report with CC team!
-Budget Management -Support other roles on financial aspect of decision making process -Funds management!

-Contacting potential partners -Quality delivery to supporters and partners -Signing contracts -Follow-up meetings !

-Responsible for conference Brand creation and execution -Responsible for social media channel and content -Managing all branding material( booklets, video, fanpage..)
CC VP MARKETING
-Finding sponsorship for In Kind -Creating and securing logistics' database -Managing Transportation Partners -Ensuring delegates' transportation Special events ( Opening Ceremony, Global Village, Estonian Night, LEAP) -Accommodation management -Check-in and check-out!

-List five companies you would initial contact that is Nordic or only Estonian Base that will be possible partner? Explain why and how will you engage them? (you can mix the base of the companies, Ex Two Estonian and three Nordic )
#MARKETING -List three channels and one marketing strategy for each channel you will implement to gain more delegates for *LEAP and NORLDS, and gain External Branding? *LEAP is an initiative which aims to support youth entrepreneurship development in Estonia. It is an interactive space for Estonian students, startups and businesses to exchange knowledge, validate ideas and potentially upscale their businesses.!
