Our National Support Team is something special for us. We want to ensure every person that joins has themselves a life changing experience, whether you join to make a difference for Estonia, give back to AIESEC, wanting to be a part of a national team, or want experience for a future MC term.

General Expectations

Expectations: • NST roles for Spring will end as of July 1st, 2016 (there is possibility of renewal depending on the decision of elected MCVPs) • The role demands a strong commitment to communication and keeping deadlines • Applicants should be able to work indepdently as most of the work will be virtual • We are looking for applicants with atleast LCVP experience • Feel ownership over your work and impact in our entity! National Matching and IR Coordinator (OGX) Responsibilities:

• Matching raised EPs • Manage S&D related to national partnerships • Coordinating and communicating with National OGX Partners • Monitoring Estonia’s OGX realizations on EXPA to ensure realization requirements are met • Promoting Estonian OGX EP profiles within the AIESEC global network • Sending TN opportunities to EPs

National Matching and IR Coordinator (OGX) Questions: 1. Do you have previous experience in IR management? If no, then what past experiences make you suitable for this position? 2. Please state your previous experience with matching EPs To TNs, what were your successes & failures within EP matching? 3. Identify three entities for each OGX program (oGCDP and oGIP) that would be beneficial for Estonia to partner with. What is the reasoning behind these choices? 4. How would you increase awareness about Estonia and Estonian EPs within the global plenary?


EP Experience Manager(OGX) Responsibilities:

EP Experience Manager (OGX) Questions: 1. How are you going to ensure the all standards are fulfilled from OGX side? 2. What are the characteristics of an ideal OPS? Why did you chose these characteristics? Also, please propose the flow for an OPS you would like to create? 3. Present a Customer Intimacy plan to improve our experience delivery and improving the NPS of the OGX program. 4. How can we ensure that every single experience we are providing meets the following criteria: a) Developing LDM qualities in EPs b) Equips EPs for the Inner/Outer Journey c) The 16 S&S of exchange


Team Leader Education Manager (TM) Responsibilities: • Implementation, and delivery of the Team Leader Education Cycle • Analyzing the effectiveness of the TL program through NPS • Creation and implementation of content for soft skill development • Work with LCVP TMs to ensure relevancy of NST work to LC pipeline development • Conducting virtual meetings with LC Team Leaders to provide support and facilitate LEAD

Key Performance Indicators: • NPS score for the TLP program • % retention of Team Leaders at the end of the period • % promotion of Team Leaders to LCVPs • # of coaching meetings with Team Leaders

Team Leader Education Manager (TM) Questions: 1. Define a successful Team Leader experience in the following areas: a) Leadership Development b) Contribution to Entity Growth c) Relevancy to an individual’s development 2. In your opinion, what are the top 3 non-functional trainings that should be delivered to AIESEC Team Leaders? Why? 3. What strategies can be implemented to increase retention of TLPs and push them to move further up in AIESEC? 4. Describe your Team Leader and VP experiences, what would you have changed to ensure your own development?


LEAD Developer (TM) Responsibilities: • Creating initiatives to push AIESEC in Estonia towards customer centricity for Global Leaders Program • Creating LEAD sessions that are adapted for the TMP program • Creating LEAD sessions that are adapted for the TLP program • Creation and management of the entity’s personal development program and ensuring implementation in LC level • Creation of impact-assessment tools for member development

Accounts Delivery Manager (iGIP)

• Managing Supply & Demand related to national iGIP partnerships • Headhunting candidates that fit company profiles • Screening of applicants, scheduling, and conducting interviews for companies • Drafting short lists of candidates to present to MC level TN Takers

In your opinion, which country should AIESEC in Estonia partner with in order to be able to provide TN takers with competent EP’s? 3. Finding a certain EP profile can be challenging due to a lack of supply. What will you do in order to ensure that we can supply the TN taker with the right profile?


Website Developer (MaC) Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators:

• Working on Search Engine Optimization for aiesec.ee • Website Design: Work with wordpress engine to design and improve the user experience on the website, updating and aligning all our products and creating pages as needed for campaigns • Analysis: analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of the website and proposing solutions to optimize visitor lead conversion

• # of website visitors • # of blog visitors • # of sign ups for TMP/OGX programs

Requirements: • Knowledge of wordpress design • Understanding of marketing analytics • Capable of tracking and analyzing statistics on a regular basis • Medium understanding of the AIESEC programs available • Ability to meet deadlines as communicated


Website Developer (MaC) Questions: 1. Analyze the website as it is right now. Where do you see traffic being driven as the website is designed right now? 2. What do you feel is missing from the website? 3. What do you see as the current bottlenecks? 4. Please provide a GCP from the network and/or another website on what you would like to implement? Why? 5. What is your experience with web development?


Baltic Funding Manager (F&L) Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators:

• Research and analyse the possibilities for sponsorship, grants and funds for AIESEC in Estonia in Baltic region • Prepare applications for grants and maintain relationship with sponsors. • Tracking funding proposals • Support LCs in sponsorship management and ensure implementation

• # sponsorship/grants compiled on CRM • # of sponsorships/grants and fund opportunities applied for • Total funding received from applications • % sponsorship/grants and funds received in relation to applications sent

A National Project starts within a month, and the funding opportunities have suddenly disappeared or have been rejected. You are responsible for 35 EPs who are arriving in two days. The fund wassupposed to cover accommodation, food, transportation, and a project manager fee. It is a national project and it cannot be cancelled. What will you do in this situation? Give action steps.
