Propose of Position For co-creating the national marketing strategies for B2C in AIESEC in Estonia. This position will be focused on managing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat) for the national Summer Peak campaign catered towards university students and high schools.

JD -Creation of a content calendar and following through with the schedule -Management of national social media channels for B2C promotions -Management and tracking of the AIESEC in Estonia blog -Brainstorm ideas for campaigns -Implementation of strategies to position B2C programs -Analyse results of campaigns and report on statistics of each channel monthly -Support the branding of B2C programs

NATIONAL CAMPAIGN CEEDer

Propose of Position For co-creating the national marketing strategies for B2C in AIESEC in Estonia. This position will be focused on creating stunning content and graphics for the national Summer Peak campaign catered towards university students and high schools. The selected individual is expected to be in Estonia on January 15th, latest start of February. However, the nature of the position and job description are flexible and up for discussion with the MCVP B2C. The majority of the workload is set to be in January, February, and March with the peak workload being in February and the National Campaign CEEDer may potentially have content managers and/or graphic design managers for support. The accommodation is provided by MC.

Propose of Position For co-creating the national strategy to improve the public and media of AIESEC in Estonia. By ensuring the success of Youth Speak . This divide into four part: Youthspeak Survey, Youth Speak Report/ Insights, Youth Speak Forum, and Youth Speak Project Implementation. This position will be focused on the first two parts since the rest will be implemented in term 17.18
