About ESTONIA? The population of Estonia is 1.3 million. The capital city, Tallinn, has about 400,000 inhabitants. The official language of Estonia is Estonian, although it’s common to find people speaking English, Russian, Finnish, and German as well. About AIESEC in ESTONIA AIESEC in Estonia was founded 1989. The first local committee was AIESEC in Tartu (University of Tartu). Currently, we have 3 LCs (AIESEC in Tartu, TLU, and TUT). The Member Committee (MC) team for 2016-2017 is Värske, meaning “Fresh” in Estonian. MC Värske is committed to bringing fresh ideas, a fresh approach and a fresh mindset to AIESEC in Estonia!
STARTER 2016 STARTER 2016 is the first national conference in 1617 term and the focus of this conference is unity, ownership and action. We will gather our memberships from all 3 LCs, over 70 delegates will be in attendance. The conference will have three tracks: EB/ Team leaders/Team members. The host LC is LC Tartu and the date of the conference are 30th Sep-2nd Oct. .
