GENERAL PROJECT/SUBTEAM DESCRIPTION SUBTEAM BOTTOMLINE The VP Finance is responsible for the financial and legal management of AIESEC International in order to guarantee the sustainable growth and evolution of the organization. The VP Finance is also responsible for all the global investments and decision making process management as well as the overall governance of the AIESEC International to different stakeholders. Lastly the role also includes the administrative responsibilities inside AIESEC International, contracts management and the support to the network in terms of financial and legal management.

efforts GENERAL COMMENT Q4 was the first quarter where the investment into an office manager showed results in the Finance area. It freed up capacity of the VP Finance to spend on the finance consultancy for the team and projects. A new issue to be handled this quarter was the problems around IPM in Vietnam which required extra time that was not planned. Also additional efforts for FLB, ICB and Internal Auditors which are not working well as individual bodies at the moment.

efforts Office Manager The AI Office manager focuses with the main tasks on: - AI legalities and registrations (Insurance, City hall, bank accounts, etc.) - Ticket bookings (flights, trains, etc.) for AI and global bodies (ICB, GEC) - Legal administration of with the dutch authorities - Network requests (legal documents, certification - Incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls - Office management (maintenance and renovation)
