WELCOME AND TIMELINE Dear candidate, You will be able to use all your creativity when creating and designing your own application form for AIESEC International Global Support Teams 2014-2015. PROCESS AND CONTACTS APPLICATION PROCESS The applications for the Global Support Teams 2014-2015 are divided into three parts, and we will be expecting three PDF files: 1. CV: Give us the all important and relevant information we need to know about you, your AIESEC career, other jobs you have had, your contact details etc. You can use a maximum of one (1) page to create your CV. 2. Questionnaire (General and Specific Questions): These questions should not take more than four (4) pages. 3. Endorsement Letter – An endorsement letter from your AIESEC Entity. If you are applying for more than one position or team, make sure you attach a different file with the answers to the specific questionnaire for the additional position (second option) that you will be running for.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS CEE Baltics Subregional manager 1. Team Purpose
Bal%cs sub regional manager, would work will work closely with MCPs and MC VPs of the sub-‐region and with AI VP OP for CEE on sub-‐regional ini%a%ves and coaching on overall en%ty management and opera%ons. Bal%cs sub-‐regional manager will be part of the CEE Support Team, along with the OSTs and GSTs of the region. 2. Bo>om-‐lines • % Growth of coaching en%tes in focus programmes • % of overall growth in sub-‐region • Sucess of sub-‐regional in%a%ves 3. Specific deliverables • -‐ Crea%ng OD and growth model for en%%es in sub-‐region • -‐ Crea%on of coaching plans • -‐ Monthly coaching of MC VPs on opera%ons and LC VPs management • -‐ Monthly coaching of MCPs on overall en%ty management and opera%ons • -‐ Faiclita%ng virtual/physical spaces for colabora%on of en%%es and for crea%ng sub-‐regional in%%a%ves • -‐ Follow up and coordina%on of sub-‐regional ini%a%ves • -‐ Ensuring S&D for sub-‐region 4. Structure of the GST The CEE regional support team will be led by AI VP OP CEE and will be composed of Balkans and Bal%cs GST, S&S GST, TM GST, FLB repsonsible for CEE and CEE OST for GCDP. 4. The Team – Profiles & Requirements (All preferred, otherwise stated) Previous experience Current or former MC Experience AIESEC Knowledge Preffered: Exchange, OD or Opera%ons experience Workload required Up to 8 hours a week
