To Whom It May Concern, On behalf of AIESEC Canada, I am pleased to endorse Anna Skryabina for candidacy as the Vice President of the AIESEC Experience for AIESEC International. Her experience, ideas, creativity and knowledge would be highly beneficial to the organization globally. I had the opportunity to work closely with Anna prior to facilitating at the We Grow Conference in Italy, as she was on the Agenda team. Although these first interactions were virtual, she always ensured expectations were set and discussions were on track. During the conference I facilitated sessions with Anna and enjoyed collaborating and delivering content together. Her quiet yet impactful presence made the experience a pleasure, and I really enjoyed interacting with a fellow MC VP Communications. Having been in AIESEC since 2006, Anna has had an extensive AIESEC Experience with many successes. At We Grow she spoke of her experience taking her LC in Russia from humble beginnings to the biggest and best performing LC in the country. From project management to organizing committees, talent management to communications, and international conference facilitation, Anna has truly demonstrated her dedication. Currently, as the MC VP Communications for AIESEC in Italy and Team Leader of the Internal Communications Team on the Global Communication Crew she continues to excel. She has worked on numerous teams with people from very different backgrounds and from my experience, knows how to make everyone comfortable in various situations. I strongly believe these assets and extensive AIESEC Experience make Anna Skryabina an excellent candidate for AIESEC International Vice President of the AIESEC Experience. Sincerely,
