A message from your MCP Dear candidate, If you are opening this booklet it means you are a brave one. AIESEC in Italy has seen time of crisis. It was shaked, challenged, but it’s because of the courage of its leaders that today it’s still standing stronger and more united than before. Among these daring leaders there is a group of people that, above all, made it possible. These leaders are the LCPs. The LCPs are the spine of the entity, the ones that from the back push their people forward, inspire actions through vision and unshakably stand in face of challenges making their impact last forever. Being LCP is one of the most intense experience you could live in AIESEC, but it’s also the most magic one. If you are opening this booklet, you got this and if you need anything I got your back! Good luck, Arianna Villano MCP 20.21
