Lc coach 5 Positions The coach for LC works together with OD being accountable to the MCVP OD & MCP to be 100% aligned with the National strategies in order to guarantee the best support for them by delivering and providing OD services such as coaching visits, coaching chat etc. The 5 positions will have different supporting roles based on the different realities they will lead.

Genaral questions 1. Why are you applying for the position? What do you want to take out from this experience? 2. Which are your expectations for the coach role and why are you the best candidate for it? 3. Choose a cluster and make an analysis of the current situation in terms of operations and health index. Define 3 points of improvements and propose clear nexts steps to act upon them. 4. How would you ensure an effective communication with your coach? How would you ensure accountability and cadence in a Monthly routine? Answer to those questions and build an ideal monthsy timeline with touchpoint and focuses of your routine as coach.
