2. Organizational Goals Inputs In this session you must analyse the feedback from MC. It means that you should see the feedback about goals in ICX, OGX, TM. It's too much important analyse those information with your financial current resources to implement ideas, strategies and projects.

The feedback documents are in your LC Planning Package.

3. Projects & Targets Now you should show the projects that you had during the ANP Conference as input to start a brainstorm of ideas and set goals for thoose projects. Define strategies, plan activities and set the numbers you want to achieve with each project.

4. How the CSFs are impacted by the projects It's time to take in account how the projects will afects your BSC map. So, put the information together and reflect about the measurable results that your projects generates and how these results influence yours CSFs and KPIs.

5. Calendar Year The objective of this session is create a local agenda with your most important dates. Which should include Universities activities (classes start date, classes finish date, exams period,vacations, holidays, etc), recruitments, planning days, etc. *This template is also in your package.

6. Operational Plan Now that you have the important events that will happen in your LC during the year, you can stablish a timeline to your activities. This documents must include your operational activities and its' deadlines to help everyone to track it. *This template is in your package too.

7. Talent Planning Based on MCVPTM's feedback for your LC, you must to create your talent planning thinking on create LC structure and activities that ensure that the planning is been executed. Also it'll give you a big input for your talent pipeline management tool, in order to achieve the goals to have quality and complete @Xps. *This template is in your planning package too, with a guide how to fullfill it.

8. Set CSFs & KPIs Now that you already have all the information you need, it's time to fill the planned KPIs. Set goals to the KPIs based on your reality, your projects and your organizational goals. *One more template that is in your package
