MC 16.17

Message from the MCPs! WOW! The journey has just begun. AIESEC in Puerto Rico has proved that it is possible to be a bigger and better entity. GEN 15.16 have fought to make this this entity growth and innovate, to stop the “culture of complaining” and transform it into “culture of excellence”. This term has been a learning process for all of us, full of new experiences. But Puerto Rico can do it better. We need to keep believing in our potential and to demonstrate how accountable we are not only to the entity but to ourselves. Puerto Rico deserves more opportunities and experiences for the next generations. And the upcoming GEN 16.17 has to understand that it is not about improving, it is about striving for excellence. If we achieve the 300 goal this year, next year we need to exceed expectations. We need to stand up for the island and become truly accessible to everyone everywhere. YOU can be part of this youth movement and revolution of AIESEC in Puerto Rico into AIESEC for Puerto Rico. Let’s continue shape our actions around what Puerto Rico needs. AIESECly yours, Cristina Prieto (MCPc) & Yaneisha Pérez (MCPe) #RebeldíaDeEcharPaLante
