Words cannot describe how proud I am of you for opening this application package and taking on the brave task and journey of leading such a complex and growing entity. Being in your shoes almost a year ago it’s almost impossible for me not be proud and nervous for you right now. As you have heard over and over again (what’s one more time?) being MCP is not an easy job. It is full of literally blood, sweat, and tears; some more than others. But it’s also full of laughter, tears of joy, amazing and long lasting friendships, and more than any other opportunity that AIESEC has to offer. You will grow as a person exponentially and you will be the person in charge to make sure others do as well. You will be challenged as a leader, a manager, a friend, and person and you will love every minute of it. You will challenge yourself to think outside the box where others have not and more times than others be forced out of your comfort zone. It’s time for a new generation to be born and it starts with you. A generation that is full of challenges and greater achievements. You are building and working for a bigger and better AIESEC in Puerto Rico that was formed by giants. Are you up for the challenge?
