Global Passport 4 reflects the issue of Vietnamese learning languages the wrong way. They lack confidence in communication especially with native speakers. We propose an opportunity for interns to make a change on this. Have them lend a hand in boosting the confidence for the young generation of Vietnam to confidently stand in this globalized world.

Global Passport
Global Passport 4 offers students a highly interactive and immersive learning environment, which provides them both communication skills improvement of the foreign languages and intensive level of culture understanding. Positioned as an environment or workshop to encourage the communication between Vietnamese and native speakers of the language, Global Passport 4 will lend a great hand in benefiting the young generation of Vietnam.

Job description for Interns
1. Deliver communication workshops of your language: - Design and develop detailed content for classes with other interns from other countries (EPs) and project management team (OC). There will be 3 workshops/week, 1.5 hrs/workshop, 10-15 students/workshop. Spend at least 20 hrs/week for workshop preparation and planning. - Deliver interactive classes to High school and University students (aged 16 - 22) based on daily topics with cultural knowledge embedded. The course lasts 5 weeks. - Ensure development of students' communication skills by class activities (indoors and outdoors) and constant communication. Instruct and support students in the process of learning.
5 2. Present your cultures to Vietnamese youths, other interns and AIESEC members.
Job description for Interns
3. Co-manage the project: - Ensure sustainable communication with OC members during the project. Have 2 hour weekly meeting with OC to discuss course content. - Organize events within projects. - Fully participate in project activities, LC activities & partner practices: orientation day, marketing process, local committee meetings. - Fill in AIESEC Global Community Development Program Feedback Survey after matched status, coming to Vietnam and back to home country. Provide feedback on different stages of the project. 4. Enjoy what Vietnam has to offer :)
