¿What is LEAD ProjectI? LEAD is a project that seeks to be Agents of Change cultural tolerance within a framework of social responsibility, they allow to develop soft skills and foster an entrepreneurial spirit with a global vision to complement academic training received in schools.
LEAD Objectives Develop soft skills through self-knowledge, the interaction with the environment and with assertive communication in young people between 12 and 16 years, allowing act in a sustainable and socially responsible, to initiate and develop initiatives regarding future actions, and thus face the world leading and professional academic and social-personal success.
The EP is responsible for the development of soft skills workshops in Spanish to high school students. Preferably (but not exclusive) of racing psychology sociology or related education, with experience in teaching classes.

¿What is Kids in @ction ? It is a national project aimed at young people between 10 and 12 years in various localities of Lima. The goal of this project is to provide a global enviroment where the children can get new skills. It will be led by foreign volunteers, implementing educational workshops It involving in different schools, based on cooperation between ONG’s and local committees.
Job Description The EP will be in responsible for developing workshops of internet tools, language learning initiative and applying techniques for a better use of their time in internet. Lessons will be in English and Spanish to children from 10 to 12 years old.
