WHAT IS A-CAMP? Activation Camp or simply A-Camp, is an annual conference for newly admitted members of because this is the time for everyone to connect, and be immersed in AIESEC’s youth leadership movement. The two days conference aims to firstly enhance the members’ organizational knowledge and provide them with understanding on the relevance of our organization in a socio-economical context, secondly to allow members to discover themselves while drawing connections between how they can contribute to the organization and at the same time develop themselves here, and finally to create organizational citizenship and build the culture of the organization.
