Founded in 1948, AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization. Focusing on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in global internships/volunteer experiences, experiential leadership opportunities and a global learning environment.
AIESEC also enables a strong experience for the organizations that we collaborate with by providing them a unique platform to connect, engage and work with truly global and diverse talents. Together, we are able to achieve our common vision and goals towards creating a positive impact on society.

OUR SCOPE AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin.

Currently, we are one of the expansion entities of AIESEC in the Philippines under the guidance of AIESEC Ateneo De Manila University (one of the top performing entities of the country).
We have been present in the Philippines and in San Beda College for almost 5 years now as an organization that aims to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leaders who have the ability, the skill and the desire to solve diverse challenges in the country and in the world.
TMP or the Team Member Programme is one of the program of AIESEC to develop youth leadership by offering them practical team experiences. In this program, you will gain access to the a global network and engage in practical hard skills development.

WORK WITH AIESECers FROM OTHER SCHOOLS The conferences that AIESEC hosts are organized also by AIESECers and you’ll have the privilege of applying to these committees for further self improvement and challenging uptake.

By joining our organization, you’ll be part of the departments that will facilitate global exchange programs and create life-changing experiences for students, both locally and international. Develop yourself while helping to develop others! Read on the following departments and their offered team roles that you find interesting
OUTGOING EXCHANGE (OGX) Here in the core Outgoing Exchange department, we strive to make the experience of every student a special one. We connect with partnering countries, conduct coaching and provide assistance for exchange participants before, during and after they finished their programs, whether it be Global Citizen (volunteer abroad) or Global Talent (work abroad). It doesn't matter what major you are studying, if you are committed to provide quality experience, then this portfolio is for you!
Team Roles: Officers for Exchange Management - Manages exchange participant’s experiences, handles the exchange process and recruitment.
Officers Exchange Initiatives - Manages the legal process with school’s administration. Deals with exchange partnerships that aims to improve our exchange product.
FINANCE AND LEGAL ADMINISTRATION (FLA) Finance and Legal Administration tackles some of the most fundamental issues that keeps our organization sustainable and alive. We don't only create budget after budgets, but we make sound investment plans and work cross functionally to ensure our customer experience is at the prime form. Passionate about keeping how a social enterprise on track? Finance & Legal Administration is the way to go. Team Roles: Finance Manager - Administer the finances of OGX and ICX department, as well as other finance initiatives. Safe keeps the collectibles in each process and makes financial report for documentation. Business Development Manager - Manages sponsorship, compliance and campus relations with administration and other organizations.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS (MAC) In Marketing and Communications our goal is simple: to build the correct AIESEC brand to the correct audience. The MaC team takes charge of various social media channels, deals with public relations, organises on-campus events, designs marketing materials and manages online and offline campaigns. If you are studying marketing, or IT then this is the opportunity for you to build and design real things that matter. Team Roles: Brand Managers - Administer the finances of OGX and ICX department, as well as other finance initiatives. Public Relations Manager - Manages sponsorship, compliance and campus relations with administration and other organizations.
TALENT MANAGEMENT (TM) At the Talent Management portfolio, we strive to create an environment where everyone of our members have the most pleasant and energizing experience. We champion a culture that inspire but we celebrate fun even more. If you are people-oriented, determined, and insightful with a flair for education and engagement, this is the portfolio for you.
Team Roles: Accounts Manager - Keeps track of member involvement per department. Responsible for the implementation of recruitment period and role reaffirmation. Member Engagement Manager - Organizes activity to mobilize members and is responsible for the member learning cycles.
INCOMING EXCHANGE Create competitive and value-adding partnerships in Philippines by collaborating with NGO and corporations by connecting them with the energies and innovation of international youth leaders. In Incoming Exchange, we strive to be resilient and to always be solution-oriented. Got a can-do attitude and ready to challenge locals in thinking global? Give this a shot.
Team Roles: Non-Corporate Sales Managers - Responsible for getting possible partnerships with NGOs that foreign interns can apply to. Service and Reception Managers - Responsible for the itineraries and housing of foreign interns, and making sure of the quality exchange experience realized. Projects Based on Exchange (PBoX) Coordinators - Creates the very first issue-based project that foreign interns can apply to.
