JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE
ECB (Entity Control Board) is an integral part of AIESEC for South Africa. The role of ECB is to make our entity more customer centric and ensure leadership development by fulfilling standards in every exchange product. ECB Team Members will be responsible for consulting and working with LCs to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. That position aims to give immediate support for LCs and help in solving issues and doubts by providing interpretation of the Exchange Policies. One of the main tasks is to examine the quality of experiences by performing virtual and physical audits.
