Dear applicant, You are about to take the biggest step in your AIESEC career leading the whole local committee. The LC we love, and LC which we have dedicated hours of our time for, hours of energy and love, to accomplish the objective of being every day even better than the day before. To be an LCP for one year is one of the most powerful position you can find in AIESEC because you become the direct leader of a whole committee - the LC will become just like you. Being LCP is immense responsibility: you will be responsible for experience and development of every committee member, for the legacy that every person has passed through, for each life we decide to change and for every impact and result that we achieve or not, for a team that will be beside you and which you will experience the biggest joys and sadness for discovering emotions that you never imagined. As hard as it often is, this experience will give many experiences and change you life that you will never regret it!

Timeline 27th August - Application launch 11th September (23:59) - Deadline (applications won’t be accepted after deadline in any case!) 13th – 15th September - Tasks phase
15th September - Election Panel 16th September - Election Day
Application Contents Your application must have: 1.
Questionnaire (max 12 pages. Cover, biography and personal information doesn’t count)

Biography (max one page)
3.
Endorsement letters (one person you led, one person who led you and one external) *the current LCP and MC cannot endorse applicants
4.
Video (max 3 minutes answering the question “What is leadership for a LCP in AIESEC Split?)
5.
Blank page challenge (you have one page with free space to put what you think its relevant in this process)
ATTENTION Your application and all the contents has to be in english. All answers need to be write in english too.
Save all contents in PDF format, put in a .zip or .rar folder and send to tea.bubic@aiesec.net and ruan.souzacaetano@aiesec.net Task will be a surprise and will be launched on 12th September
Election Panel 1. Interview with applicants and Evaluator Committee 2. The composition of Evaluator Committee will be chosen by LCP current, but has to content at least - the current LCP - one member of MC - one alumnus
Election Day The election day consists in 4 elements: 1 - Opening Speech - each candidate will have 10 minutes to talk about his career, motivations and make clear his motivations to apply for LCP. 2 - General Presentation - Each candidate will have 20 minutes to make a presentation of the management plan for each area, targets and behaviors for LC. 3 - Q&A - 20 min each candidate 4 - Closing Speech – 5 min each candidate
First obligations as LCP elected 1. Be present on WLDC (2nd to 5th November) with EB elected 2. Be present in PM Summit in Slovakia (9th to 12th of November) 3. Follow the EB elections guide that will be launched 4. Attend ALL the transition meeting with the current LCP 5. Attend all the parts of LCP Education Cycle that will be prepared by the MC
Tips 1. Talk with the current and previous EBs. All the success of 2018 comes with construction and evolution of what has been done today and what was done before. 2. Talk also with Members and Alumni - but know what to look for in each of these groups and what insights to have. 3. Don’t forget to be aligned with MC directions, good cases in network and external trends.
4. Bring a cover and motto for your application - What is your message? 5. Organization! You do not have much time, know how to organize and take decisions.
6. Be objective in your answers! Be creative and try to be visual, remember that your application will be read by others.

Never doubt that a small group can change the world! It is the only thing that ever has!
