To guide AIESEC 1. Why be LCP 2018 is the best opportunity for you at the moment? How does this experience connect with the reason of you to be and continue in the organization? 2. Actions to change 1. Make a analysis about the years of 2015, 2016 and 2017, till now, in your LC regarding: EB, culture of committee, membership, operations and finances.
2. What needs to be improved to 2018 go further? Make a strategic plan for your year as LCP.
Shaping what is needed 1. Present the first semester perspective of each operational area demonstrating: projects that them will hold, the structure of leaders and members, growth and timeline. Also make a diagram of start- stop - continue. Present a plausible justification for your responses. 2. Behind the results we always have resources, explain: what will be the TM focus for next year? How this area will help to achieve the results for 2018? How our membership has to look like? What needs to be emphasized in LC culture in order to grow? 3. Finances make us alive: what will be the challenges and main points of attention in this area? How can we increase our incomings in order to have a better sustainability in LC?
Croatia is global 1. What do you understand about 2020 Vision? What is the difference between foundational and non foundational projects? Where Croatia can invest and have a huge impact on? 2. What Regional Project (Europe Region) is more important for your LC? How do you plan to collaborate with the MC to make sure that your LC will implement 100% of this project in the next term? 3. Why you believe that Balkan cooperation is important? How your LC can contribute to this?
