If you ask anyone that has been in your situation in the past, nobody will deny the powerful experience both personally and professionally the year in the EB team can be. This application is the beginning of a journey that will play an important role for you and for the organization. A leadership experience is definitely challenging, great fun, very rewarding; an amazing learning opportunity that for sure will impact your life and that of others! Roles In The EB The roles that you can apply for are: - Vice President Finance (VPF) - Vice President External Relations (VPER) - Vice President In-Coming Exchange (VPICX) - Vice President Out-Going Exchange (VPOGX) - Vice President Talent Management (VPTM) As you may see there is no (VPC) Vice President Communications this year. Instead we will have three positions open for Communication Project Managers (PM) in the following teams: ICX, OGX and TM.

Application Process 1) Answer the general questions, and 2) Answer the specific questions regarding the position you are applying for. 3) Attach your CV Please keep your answers short and to the point. In bullet point format if possible. Add your name in the footer below. Max 9 pages, excluding the first two pages. The three parts of the application form should all be sent to lcp@aiesec-stockholm.se before the deadline (11th March at 23.59).

Election The process consists of confidence voting for VPs and PMs candidates. Then, there is a selection committee where the candidates will go through interviews with the selection committee. All candidates for LCVP and PM have a speech, 3 min. All members get to ask the candidates questions (all in one group) All full members vote confidence or no confidence for the candidates. Vice President Finance (VPF) 1) What are the key success factors while working with finances? 2) What are your suggestions for improving the financial system at AIESEC Stockholm? 2) Why do you think you will be successful in this position? Vice President External Relations (VPER) 1) Do you feel comfortable taking initiative and going up to strangers to talk/ sell them a concept? 2) How well are you at time management, planning, delegating, not micromanaging etc? 3) As an ER person you need to find opportunities in everything you are involved in. Do you recognize yourself here? Please elaborate. Vice President In-Coming Exchange (VPICX) 1) What do you think are important in order to become a successful VPICX? Please elaborate at least three points. 2) Please give a suggestion to manage your ICX sub-teams. If you are already in the ICX team, the suggestion must NOT be something that the current VPICX is already implementing. 3) What are your goals for the ICX team if you are selected as the VPICX and how do you plan to achieve them? Please be specific in your answer. Vice President Out-Going Exchange (VPOGX) 1) What is the mission of OGX? What is the purpose of sending interns abroad? 2) Where do you see the most potential for getting new interns? 3) You have to prepare a one hour long info meeting about AIESEC internships. There are supposed to be 5 people (including you) from your team coming - 3 of them presenting (you are one of them), 1 person writing down attendants' names and e-mails and 1 person taking pictures and taking care of the refreshments. It is two days before the info meeting but you have still not received the necessary ppt from the Communications Team and you just received e-mails from 2 of your team members canceling their attendance. Also, the VP Finance called you saying that you can only get half of the money you planned to buy the refreshments for. What do you do? Vice President Talent Management (VPTM) 1) Can you elaborate on what you see as the goals of the TM team in AIESEC Stockholm? 2) How will you go about achieving the goals your mentioned in question 1? 3) How will you create a good team spirit in AIESEC Stockholm? Please give three concrete examples. 4) If there is a conflict between two members what will you do?
