To give you context of AIESEC this year. The measurement of success of AIESEC nowadays is "Completed" , no longer "Realized". Completed means we are success delivering leadership experience if the customer get the checklist of standards regarding what do AIESEC need provide during their experience.

Because we believe, our customer concerns are "How AIESEC can add value to them?" , "How can AIESEC help them to achieve their own goals" , "How can AIESEC be a thing that people want?". Customers are taking control of everything, and this is how they challenge us, provider of life changing experience for young people. That is the reason why this year, as part of con1nuity, we will s1ll emphasizing a lot in delivering more leadership experiences to young people in Ukraine, improving the sustainability of the opera1on. In addi1on, As you might know, MC 16.17 just finished the term and recently, AIESEC in Ukraine was recognized as top growing en1ty in the network and AIESEC in Kyiv was recognized as top 5 LCs in the global plenary.

AIESEC в Україні увійшов у рейтинг ТОП 10 найбільш зростаючих країн. Ми зайняли 9 місце в світі і 3 місце в Європі по абсолютному росту у кількості стажувань.

AIESEC в Україні на InternaSonal Congress Цього року «Interna\onal Congress» відбувся у Колумбії, місті Картахена. Конгрес проходив з 9 по 17 липня. Українську делегацію представляв президент Arie Dia Fauzan та віце президент з вхідних стажувань Sam Rodríguez Rivera. Також на «IC» 6 локальних комітетів (Тернопіль, Дніпро, Харків, Київ, Львів та Івано-Франківськ) отримали визнання як клієнтоорієнтовані ЛК у глобальному нетворку.
Team Leaders Обрали двох нових Тім лідерів конференцій: AutCo, яка відбудеться у середині вересня та YouthGenera\on Conference, яка відбудется у листопаді.

LAST FRIDAY PARTY Дякуємо усім, хто приєднався до нас на червневе LFP. Було дуже цікаво познайомитись з усіма присутніми ALUMNI. Наступного разу чекаємо ще більше.
