INTRODUCTION Hey, AIESEC for Ukraine! The time has come to define which LC will help us to deliver the most amazing conference in the country! We are looking for brave souls to help us organize WinCo'17. The role of selected LC is to put forward OC (Organization Commiittee) Team to start preparing and delivering conference properly. This is the most hands-on experiece which requires solution orientation, creativity, stress management and a lot of passion! In this Conference Bid booklet you will find information about WinCo'17 and requirements to submit your bid. As MC 17|18 we are very excited to release such opportunity and are looking forward to seeing you in Conference Team :)

Provide information of 1 possible venue for the conference, including info about beds, kitchen, price and location 2. PLAN FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS
Present plan with possible partners and sponsors 3. FINANCIAL PROJECTION

FINANCIAL PART *Amount of PROFIT from Conference goes to the Hosting LC *Amount of LOSS paid by Hosting LC in full.
