ALL IN for Winter Peak is Winter Peak Campaign for AIESEC in Ukraine. This campaign will help us to focus on APPROVES and support it in every to make it happen and bring growth for our entity this Winter. We took into consideration growth path of last 2 Winter Peaks and in tool you can find coefficient in product and in marketing. Results would be announced each week. How it will work? In Product part (OGV, IGV, IGE, OGT) for every approve you will get a certain amount of points. Exact amount of points per approve is based on your results in this product during last 2 Winter Peaks. The same system works for Marketing. Results will be announced each week. In Talent Management part we will measure a performance of members in operations & in Finance % of budget realization. It will be updated monthly. Also you will have a chance to earn additional points for fulfilling Plan|Fact in Approves, this part will be updated also monthly. The Final Winners in products and in MKT, FIN and TM of the ALL IN for Winter Peak campaign will be announced during SUMCO'18 in December.
