Profile of Internal Audit Committee In general, Internal auditing is an independent, objective assurance, and consulting activity which is designed to add value and improve an organization operation (bringing systematic, improve effectiveness of risk management, controlling and governance process). The Head of Internal Audit is accountable to Member Committee President.

The Head/ Team member of Internal Audit candidate have to have the following criteria: 1. He/she/they cannot be assigned as a member in any LC. ` 2. He/she/they has (have) the experience as an Executive Board (in any functional) or management board (finance background) in local entity.

3. Be able to travel to other cities during internal audit waves twice a year during February and August.

4. Term of internal audit team if from 15.01.2018 till 30.09.2018

General JD of Internal Audit team 1. Internal auditor is responsible in checking the accountability of the work and making the report of it ` 2. Checking the basic knowledge of people in every corner

3. Visit LCs to help, check and improve our internal processes

Internal Audit Committee Application package (Head of the audit and team members of internal audit) 1. Recommendation letter from 1 home LC of the applicant and 1 recommendation letter from one of MC member. `
