COMMON REQUIREMENTS As a NST member you will be responsible for implementing national projects and strategies and bringing them to a local level. The role demands a strong commitment to communication and keeping deadlines. The NST role requires the ability to play a leadership role by bringing progressive ideas and understanding of national and global direction. Every NST member is part of the national team and thus should take ownership for AIESEC in Ukraine as a whole. The JD you take over can be modified in parts. There can be other responsibilities. Be flexible

National Alumni Coordinator

NGO partnership manager Position name: Accountable to: MC VP Business Development Time required: 8-12 h/week Entity: National Main stakeholders:Alumni, MC team, NST BD team National Alumni Coordinator supports the MCVP Core purpose: BD with the management of Alumni at national level through the development of the national Alumni Engagement Strategy. The main goal is to provide effective alumni coordination, increasing involvement of alumni in activities of AIESEC in Ukraine.

Specific Questionnaire 1. What should be the three main priorities for the period 2016/2017 in the Alumni relations area? Name 3 focuses for Alumni engagement. Be specific. 2. Which do you believe could be the contribution of Alumni in AIESEC in Ukraine? 3. Describe the connection between alumni and corporative sector. Main functions -

Creating and implementing National Alumni Engagement Strategy. Manage all communication channels with alumni of AIESEC in Ukraine. Collecting and showcasing key alumni stories. Design and execute annual Alumni related activities of the termtogether with the MC. Development and implementation of Educational Cycle for Local AlumniCoordinators. Management of alumni database. LFP( last Friday party) organization (1 per month) Responsibilities are extendible for 12 months.
