The aim of this conference is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit and professional competencies in the youth, thereby improving their employability in the various sectors of our society. We believe that development of the youth is the key to the economic progress of Ukraine & we hope to contribute to the movement through this event.
The event is divided into 2 sections: Section on which young people will have the opportunity to learn how to create an idea and develop it from the business model to the realization, receive a feedback on it from the business sector.
Section in which young people will have an opportunity to get tips how to build a career in the company, participate in workshops, solve real business cases.

Each and every AF has to contain 5 general answers and all answers of your 1st priority position (e.g. 5 general questions + 4 specific questions for Sales Manager); 3. You are applying to YouthGeneration Conference team not for a specific position that is why please write down your 4 priorities; 4. Team members must be in Kyiv 10 days before the event realization. 5. Your AF has to consist of 1 PDF file with all your answers.
