Dear applicants, For us, as for MC #ALLIN, it’s a great honor to open an application form for a Team Leader and for the whole team of the YouthSpeak Forum 2019. It’ll be already the 4th YouthSpeak Forum in Ukraine. Let’s create a positive brand of AIESEC in Ukraine #ALLTOGETHER. For sure it’ll be your unique experience with impact on 500+ lives. Break a leg!  YOUTHSPEAK FORUM YouthSpeak Forum is a premiere event that brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues. The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.

Team yeah leader Questionnaire 1. How personally can you benefit from being a team leader of an external conference? 2. Give us 3 reasons why you should be selected as a Team Leader? 3. SWOT Analysis of AIESEC in Ukraine external events in the past 2 years 4. Describe your strengths and weaknesses 5. Please create a fully detailed calendar of the main milestones of the event starting from the day you will be selected until its delivery. 6. How will you ensure proper communication with a team while working remotely? 7. Give 3 examples of speakers for the conference and explain your choice.
DELEGATE yeah MANAGER Main responsibilities 1. Online and off-line delegates service 2. Arrangement work of volunteers during conference 3. Gathering feedbacks 4. Internal communication with delegates 5. Delegates package creating 6. YouthSpeak Forum promotion among AIESECers MoS: 1. fast respond to delegates questions (in SM pages, not longer that 2 hours) 2. creating of delegate booklet (map, agenda, all other needed info) 3. document with all delegates registration creating and following up (payments check and confirmation) 4. Newsletters for delegates 5. 20% of delegates from AIESEC (ex. AIESECers, Alumni)
