ABOUT YOUTHSPEAK FORUM YouthSpeak Forum is a premiere event that brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues. The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can crosspollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.

Sales Support (x2) What to do: 1. Create proposal for in-kind partners. 2. Create database of potential in-kind partners. 3. Raise in-kind for event. 4. Servicing of partners. As simple as snow.
Why 2? Because we want to raise all in-kind and not to pay for that so we will need about 20 in-kind partners.
Questions to answer: 1. Why are you interested in being Sales Support in YSF?
2. What experience and results do you have in sales? 3. Create a pitch for who will provide (answer for a or b): a)
Coffee for coffee-break;
b) Printing.
Volunteers Manager What to do: 1. Create JD for our volunteers. 2. Find volunteers who will cover this JD and select them.
3. Make a training for volunteers. 4. Work with volunteers during the event itself. 5. Make a follow-up after event. As easy as pie. You will work directly with our DM and give a hand to him when needed.
Questions to answer:
1. Why are you interested in being VM in YSF? 2. What are the main criteria for volunteers to be selected? 3. What will you do to ensure volunteers presence on the event?
