HOY AIESEC! How are you? I hope you guys are doing fine! It’s been 2 months since we started this term and we keep processing to always do our best to make this entity growth greater than ever. I’d like to appreciate each member of AIESEC in UNSRI because you guys already push yourself beyond the limit. But remember, don’t get satisfied easily with this all accomplishment, we do still have "homework" that waiting to be completed. This is just the beginning and we still have 10 insane months left ahead!

MEMBER TALK Apa pendapat kamu tentang kejadian guru yang lagi-lagi melakukan kekerasan terhadap siswanya? Menurut aku, kita ga bisa melihat dan menilai dari satu sisi aja. Kita harus mencari tau alasan dan penyebabnya dari segala sisi, baik dari sisi guru maupun siswa. Jika kita lihat dari sisi siswa, jelas guru salah karena melakukan kekerasan fisik, tapi jika kita lihat dari sisi guru, pasti ada alasan tersendiri kenapa beliau melakukan hal tersebut. Bisa jadi siswanya berlaku kurang ajar sehingga membuat guru emosi. Hukuman seperti mencubit, memukul telapak tangan dan sebagainya itu sudah sangat biasa dilakukan guru kepada siswanya dari dulu, namun masih dalam batas wajar untuk membuat siswanya jera dan sadar bahwa yang ia lakukan salah. Namun jika hukumannya sampai melukai fisik, atau menimbulkan trauma baik fisik maupun mental, itu sangat tidak dibenarkan.

Menurut kamu, kenapa sih guru-guru sampe nampar dan mukul siswanya sendiri? Dari yang aku baca, penyebab gurunya marah dan sampe nampar siswanya karena siswa tersebut makan dikantin saat beliau sudah memasuki kelas dan memulai kegiatan pembelajaran. Gurunya emosi. Kejadian-kejadian seperti ini biasanya disebabkan oleh siswa yang bersikap kurang ajar dan guru yang tidak bisa mengontrol emosinya sehingga gegabah dalam bertindak.
Menurut kamu, dalam kasus ini, siapa yang salah? Menurut aku yang salah dua duanya. Siswanya salah, karena dari kecil kita sudah diajarkan yang namanya pelajaran moral. Siswa seharusnya dapat menghormati gurunya. Guru merupakan orang tua kita disekolah. Makan dikantin saat guru sudah memasuki kelas dan memulai kegiatan pembelajaran kan ga sopan. Siapapun bisa marah saat dihadapkan dengan posisi ini karena merasa tidak dihargai. Di sisi lain, guru juga salah karena sudah menampar atau melakukan kekerasan sama siswanya, karena seemosi apapun seseorang melakukan kekerasan fisik itu tidak dibenarkan. Seperti yang terlihat didalam video, guru tersebut menampar siswanya dengan sangat keras. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan trauma fisik maupun mental. Guru seharusnya dapat menyikapi segala hal dengan dewasa, mampu mengendalikan emosi dan mampu berpikir dengan jernih sebelum bertindak. Hal yang sebaiknya dilakukan guru tersebut adalah dengan menegur atau memperingatkan siswanya terlebih dahulu agar tidak melakukan kegiatan serupa, atau memanggil orangtuanya untuk diberi bimbingan.
Related dengan SDGs nomor 4: Quality Education. Menurut kamu, gimana caranya supaya kasus ini berkurang dan ga terjadi lagi kedepannya supaya kita bisa memenuhi SDGs nomor 4 ini? Menurut aku, sebaiknya pendidikan moral tentang sopan santun dan tata krama diberikan sejak dini dan ditingkatkan lagi disetiap jenjang pendidikan, mengingat di jaman sekarang pendidikan moral sudah sangat jarang diberikan. Karakter sebaiknya dipupuk sejak dini agar terciptanya generasi muda yang berakhlak dan berintelektual. Kemudian untuk mereka yang berprofesi sebagai guru harusnya lebih mengerti mengenai pendidikan yang baik, bagaimana bersikap terhadap siswa yang memiliki karakter yang berbeda-beda, mampu mengontrol emosi serta berpikir dengan matang sebelum bertindak.

Functional in OGV International Relation Maintain communication between AIESEC home and AIESEC host, handle LC2LC partnership, and make sure EP fulfilled the 16 EP standard.
Quality and Experience Handling the exchange participant documents before and after going abroad.
Physical Marketing Attract people to join Global Volunteer, doing class visit, open booth, promotions, and induction.
