WHAT IS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT? Business Development AIESEC in UNSRI is a department that fulfill AIESEC needs from external sectors, in this case are corporates and government institutions. We are connecting AIESEC to those stakeholder for the sake of mutual benefits, so AIESEC can fulfill it’s needs, and also can help solving stakeholders problems. In other words, we sell of our product and build a good partnership planning to be delivered to them. BD encounter a lot of challenges, like break down the problem that our entity have, face a professional employee in a company or government institution, and build a good product packaging for our stakeholders. BD also experienced a lot of rejections from them. Even though the challenges are hard, BD sure it give benefit for our entity and will develop the communication and selling skills in the future.
