This is the monthly newsletter of AIESEC in Universitas Sriwijaya, specifically the May issue of term 2015/2016. Hopefully through this newsletter, we can spread the information about activities in AIESEC in Universitas Sriwijaya internally and externally for the useful purpose. Here for you, we deliver the activities that AIESEC in Universitas Sriwijaya has already done, the recognition, and the upcoming event. Enjoy! PRE FACE Dear all members, Being an AIESECer similiar like you are riding a roller coaster, there will be something occured out of your expectation, but you should enjoy it as well. When you ride it, surely in so many times, you will scream because you want to stop and go out. But when the coaster is going to end, you want to go back and play again even it’s scary. You will tell anyone the ride was really fun and the moment you were in was so happy, although you feel sick after ride it. It has been 609 days I became as an AIESECer. I always believe with this words, spero spera, means when you are still live, there is a hope. No matter how hard our journey in AIESEC, enjoy it and wait for your hope coming through. For me, it’s not enough riding my roller coaster in AIESEC only in 609 days, I need more because I need a brightness for my own future through AIESEC. Spero spera, time is not matter as long you live.
1516 term is going to end but it’s not the end. In our last 30 days, enjoy every single part of your roller coaster. You may tired of everything but you can not bring out back the time. Do everything you want to do for AIESEC UNSRI, for your team leader and your team members. Make it unforgettable moments in your last seconds before you create another coaster. A great experience will create another experience. My heart always belongs to AIESEC UNSRI till the end.

1 EDUCATION DAY Right after the announcement of selected new members, AIESEC in UNSRI held the EDUCATION DAY. On this event, every department give education and probation to those who already selected as the new member. Aiming the newie to know more about AIESEC in UNSRI, the essence of the material starts impacting themselves to take higher role.
WELCOMING PARTY OF NEWIE BATCH 6 For every semester, AIESEC in UNSRI always open a recruitment for every active collegian in Palembang to join the organization as the member. SRIWIJAYA YOUTH CONFERENCE 4.0 SRIWIJAYA YOUTH CONFERENCE finally back to hit the town with title Sriwijaya Youth Conference 4.0. This event lasted for three days from May 27 until 29. Leadership Development Model become the key point of every session with the improvement of participants themselves and Palembang as the host city. Also, welcome to Palembang our chair, Nindya Paisan, MCVP of Public Relations from AIESEC in INDONESIA.
