Ensure the financial sustainability of the Local Committee

Promote, adopt and implement both local and national strategies and initiatives

Understand the national and international trends that are relevant to AIESEC and its exchange performance

Represent local committee in the national and international level by showing Good Case Practices (GCPs) to the network

Encourage members to attend any local, national and international events and conferences

Build strong and effective synergies between functions

Attend all relevant meetings

Encourage members to be active and proactive by training and follow up


Develop initiatives for local growth in incoming GCDP

Manage, measure, and improve incoming GCDP quality

Coach members iGCDP and track their plans, focuses, goals and actual performance Create strategic direction of Incoming GCDP for achieving growth in quantity and

Manage information related to ICX Resources, materials and knowledge

Gather and promote best practices from international and national to local level

Prepare monthly analyses of iGCDP area and passing them to LCP

Build country partnership and manage the delivery of those partnerships
