Design Plan

Color Inspiration

Design Theory

Color theory is a term used to describe the collection of rules and guidelines regarding the use of color in art and design, as developed since their early days. Color theory informs the design of color schemes, aiming at aesthetic appeal and the effective communication of a design message on both the visual level and the psychological level. Bring Multi-Culture color and LA local environment to this project Color balance and Color Match to attract travelers

Design Theory

Interaction theory (IT) is an approach to questions about social cognition, or how one understands other people, that focuses on bodily behaviors and environmental contexts rather than on mental processes. This theoretical perspective looks at how people navigate their interactions with others and assign meanings based on their interpretation of those interactions. Bring this theory into our project. Design different zone according to human activities, while each zone crossing each other, combining each other, and is independent to meet different needs of travelers.

Lighting Narrative The NET+ live/work hotel in Los Angeles is located in the heart of Los Angeles, adapting to unique, vibrant design, striving to attract the attention of business travelers and making health and lifestyle changes accessible to all travelers. Lighting will be used creatively to emphasize architectural design and enhance the overall experience within the interior center facility. In the first floor lobby, the main control unit of the circuit is located next to the reception, connecting the different circuits of each channel. However, each space has its own control unit. The main hall lighting is divided into two areas: the Lounge seating areas and the co-working spaces. The lounge lighting feature has its own unique structure. They all share the same bay lighting on with an 11’6” ceiling height. The lighting can be adjusted to provide the various plan light, which as interest and elegance to the lobby. In the rooftop bar, lighting is placed on varying levels provides for lighting efficiency and flexibility.
