This summer let's push ourselves physically, to run the extra kilometer, to do an extra class at gym, to choose the stairs instead of the lift, to park further from entrances so that we can fit in an extra walk and discipline ourselves with what we choose to eat and drink.

As we go, forgive where forgiveness is due, go out of our way to be kind, love, live and laugh. Strive to be better, be more thankful, more committed. Let's stretch ourselves...who knows what we'll discover about ourselves along the way. Life has a beautiful way of bringing out the best in you! Have a fabulous time of it.... from Editor

THINKING FOR A CHANGE.......
I found that (business) people we all want to succeed. We therefore often measure our success at measure of the success of those around us or more importantly, in similar industries. "Watching the competition" to see what they are doing differently. I found that the difference between successful people and those who do not succeed is that SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINK DIFFERENTLY THAN UNSUCCESSFUL ONES! It is said that: " Nothing limits achievement like small thinking and nothing expands possibilities like unleashed thinking". Since the difference between successful people and others is GOOD THINKING, those who embrace good thinking as a lifestyle understand the relationship between their level of thinking and their level of progress. They also realize that to change their lives or business they need to change their thinking. Here are a few good reasons why we need to embrace and practice the habit of good thinking. 1. Good thinking creates the foundation for good results - think about this: " Good thoughts and actions can NEVER produces bad results; bad thoughts and actions
can NEVER produces good results". In the same way we can never expect our results to change without us changing our thinking. 2. Good thinking increases our potential - It is said that: "As people think in their hearts, so they are." If our thinking then shapes who we are, then it naturally follows that our potential is determined by our thinking. 3. Good thinking produces more good thinking IF we make it a habit. Things are becoming more complicated daily. The good news is that good thinking can make a difference if we make it a consistent part of our lives. Remember that SUCCESS comes to those who HABITUALLY do what unsuccessful people don't do. So as we continue to lead our businesses from where we are, let's THINK for a CHANGE!! Colourful Summer Gardens
Ever notice how summer colours in fashion often tend to be bright and colourful? You can do the same for your garden. There are plenty of bright and colourful flowers to liven up your summer garden. Amaryllis. Amaryllis Belladonna is indigenous to the Western Cape and is nicknamed ‘naked ladies’ because their flowers appear before their leaves. They have the appearance of lamp shades and are found in colours of pretty pink, red and white. Marigolds. Rich gold, yellow and bronze colours; marigolds are reliable and long-lasting and tolerate the heat very well. Petunias. These brightly-coloured flowers are delicate and do not cope well with rain or wintery weather. Therefore they are perfect for summer gardens. They are also great for hanging baskets or in pots to make a patio look pretty.
