MAKE KEPPEL SPECIAL FOUNDATION
CAMPAIGN FOR EXCELLENCE ANNUAL FUND BECAUSE IT MATTERS Dear Keppel Parents and Friends, Once again, we are kicking off our annual fund campaign with a goal to raise at least $100,000 this year. With this money, we plan to increase our support towards additional Intervention Teachers who work with every classroom for this school year. We are also looking ahead to the next school year and ensuring we will have the ability to continue to fund our Visual Arts, Dance and Theatre teachers who work with all students. In addition, MKS always has the goal to have enough funding for the ‘extras” that may be needed for the campus and staff. Your donations benefit our children immediately and the money stays right here at Keppel. We know our goals are big, but we know our Keppel family is the best and most supportive school community in all of Glendale. 100% Participation We want 100% participation from our families because Mark Keppel is a deliberate choice we have made for our children and we are a united community. The only way to provide this unique education is for every Keppel family to participate . Additionally, 100% participation shows potential donors and grantors that our community is 100% supportive of what we do. That matters!! Why do we ask for $100 per student? $100 per student helps fund the deficit from what the district is able to provide and what our arts and intervention programs actually cost. We know that not all families can give $100 for each of their children, and some can give more. What is important is for families to show their support by participating and giving what they can. In the end, it’s a culmination of everyone’s participation at the level they can give. What are my payment options? We accept cash and checks made out to MKS in the envelopes provided. You can also choose one of our pay pal options. There are many payment options including a monthly payment of $10.00 markkeppel.gostorego.com Please ask your employer if they provide MATCHING GIFTS. It doubles your contribution! Check with your human resources department.
