The Government of India proposes to establish a new All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Guwahati in Assam, India under Pradhan Mantri Swastha Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). The proposed institute is a 750 bedded campus with multi-speciality/ super-speciality facilities with captive hospital, Medical college with intake of 100 students and Nursing College, Ayush Hospital, Auditorium, Night Shelter, Guest House, Hostels for students and nurses respectively, Residential facilities, and other anciliary requirements to make the campus self-sufďŹ cient.

MDDA proposes a housing project at Aamwala Tarla in Dehradun. The project is a full edged housing society consisting of all major housing unitsEWS, LIG, MIG, HIG and also Studio Apartments. The project is located on a challenging site with levels going down considerably and we go down the site. Hence, terraces of appropriate levels were made to bring order to the chaotic levels situation. At the time of writing, all blocks have been made in terms of the skeleton and skin but only EWS and LIG blocks are cent percent ready with interiors completed.
