Define How can we create an IoT experience for the inexperienced. Products VS Scenarios How about showing things holistically rather than just talk about its features...
Design We started creating scenarios for different domains in which IoT can impact and in which cisco has maximum clients.
Deliver We created a walk through map that people experience when they are at the Cisco briefing center. The stages of Inform,Inspire and Accelerate were also included.
Deliver After creating the road map we selected a particular place where we would like to showcase our experience. It was simple how do we show IoT impacting manufacturing, retail and smart cities.
Deliver These scenarios were created
Smart lighting saves a lot of energy
Smart Parking
Parking sensors help citizen to find parking in the most crowded areas.
Smart Street lights

To maintain safety and security street lights can be equipped with cameras that constantly monitor all the activities.
Smart devices help in detecting temperature, moisture or leak of any hazards gases
Physical safety can be maintained by having CCTV on the shop floor
Connected machines help in maintaining a seamless production process.
Fixed axis robots help in fixing the on spot problems that may occur on a shop floor
Robotic arms generate data that is valuable to the shop floor Inventory Management Helps in keeping a track of goods that
Self check out helps reduce hassle during exit
Beacons alert the store upon your arrival

Conclusion We as designers often end up complicating things with too much data. It is all about how you try and understand the other side. As an expert in any field one must avoid using jargons at any point of time in a conversation. This project also is an attempt to do the same. We kept the design terminology to ourselves and just talked about how design can help communicating the scope and benefits of any difficult platform. Even it is something like Internet Of Things. In the end I would like conclude that if you want to get things done just KEEP IT SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT
