1. Exhale a big sigh of relief while relaxing the shoulders, neck and upper back. This will promote the release of feelgood hormones in the body, like dopamine and serotonin.

2. Show tired feet some love. Lie on your back with legs elevated by a pillow or on a chair. In just one minute this position improves circulation and decreases swelling.

3. Stretch away stress by raising your arms above your head, shoulder width apart. Take five deep breaths. Inhale while reaching to grasp your left wrist with your right hand; exhale as you side bend your entire body to the right, stretching out your left side. Hold for a breath, and then repeat on the other side.
