The Building
145 President is a collection of seventeen Scandinavian-inspired residences set amid the historic townhouses of Carroll Gardens.

Each airy penthouse offers incredible views, an expansive layout and generous outdoor space. Both homes embody the quintessential characteristics of luxurious penthouse living.
