Demystifying Nutrition Controversies

AGES 50–OLDER

With so much conflicting information in the news, you may be confused about making the best nutritional decisions Paleo, fat, meat, raw milk, vegan, organic, salt, calories, cholesterol, supplements? Come learn the science, get the tools to understand your own biochemical individuality, and make the best choices. Material Fee for weekly snacks collected in class ($6-$8).

This intensive watercolor workshop will feature individualized instruction by an experienced watercolorist tailored to your personal choice of watercolor prospects. Using available visual prompts or your own reference materials, you will be encouraged to achieve more detailed control of the creative medium while tackling an increasingly wider range of challenges such as clouds, water, flowers, natural environments, and figurative subjects. Additional $30 material fee for those needing basic watercolor

All adults ages 50 and older are welcome to travel with us on day trips as we explore the beautiful and exciting areas and attractions around the Bay Area. Hop aboard our bus and leave the planning to us. Each trip is led by a group leader. Additional admission fees may apply, and lunch is on your own. All trips include periods of walking, standing and sitting.
