Registered nursing projected to grow 7% 2019 to 2029
• Reasons for growth increasing emphasis on preventive care increasing rates of chronic conditions demand for healthcare services from Baby Boomers
• Implementation of a daytime ASN program with capacity of 40 students maintaining the existing evening program capacity of 80
How High School Students can help Solve the Nursing Shortage • ATC's AAS Interdisciplinary Studies gives high school students access to about 40% of the ASN curriculum and a nurse aid certificate • Graduates will likely reduce their course load during their first two semesters in a college or university • Graduates who earn an AAS in Interdisciplinary Studies while in high school may likely attend a local college or university • The long-term solution grow our own talent
EMT Paramedicine Investment
• Employment of EMT/Paramedicine projected to grow 6% 2019 to 2029
• 100% pass rate by ATC students on National Certifying Exam for EMT and Paramedicine • Upgraded, high fidelity manikins/ EMS technology this past academic year
• EMT 1 not PELL eligible • Phoebe Health System awards $30,000 in scholarships to support a trained workforce
Dental Assisting Investment
• Employment of dental assistants is projected to grow 7% 2019 to 2029 • Advancement in technology within the industry to meet CODA standards

Mobile Stem Lab • 2019–29 employment projections show that occupations in the STEM field are expected to grow 8% by 2029 • Transportation to and from the main campus a barrier for many students within the SDA • ATC Mobile STEM lab will allow on-site instruction to remote communities

weConnect Investment • The weConnect virtual classroom allows for quick and easy real-time distance learning • Reduces passive watching of one-directional webinars
• Every student is on the front row with multiple built-in cameras to ensure eye contact
Automotive Investment
• Employers prefer service technicians/mechanics complete a postsecondary program
• To meet ASE certification standards, upgrades are needed in the current lab area • These upgrades will position the ATC program to graduate highly skilled technicians with ASE certifications
Diesel & Auto Collision Investment • Employment of diesel service technicians and mechanics projected to grow 3% from 2019 to 2029 • Overall employment of automotive body and glass technicians projected to grow 2% from 2019 to 2029
• Facility upgrade needed to increase enrollment/graduates and to meet ASE standards

Public Safety Center

• ATC facility will be equipped with advanced technologies in the public safety profession and physical fitness center • Center will be open to local, regional public safety agencies for training, workshops, and/or conferences
