INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN

The first of its kind of Georgia, the Industrial Operations program was designed with help from the Dougherty County Industry Roundtable. The roundtable consists of eight major employers in our area who spelled out the specific skill set they need for new hires. Albany Tech and the Roundtable designed the program to focus on the skills required by these local industries. BUSINESS LOGISTICS

The Georgia Department of Labor predicts that material-moving occupations are expected to add 40,000 jobs in the state between now and 2024. Logistics is more important than ever, ensuring our goods and services are delivered at the right time, to the right place, and at the right costs in the global marketplace.
