BIOS MARY RICHARDSON Director of Student Life and Athletics Mary Richardson is a native of Lisman, AL. She received Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Education and a Masters in Business Education from Livingston University (University of West Alabama). Richardson holds a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University. She taught for over 20 years in the Business Administrative Technology program and served as chairperson for four years. As a member of the Student Affairs division at Albany Technical College, she serves as advisor to SGA and the ATC Ambassadors as well as Student Life Director. She is a graduate of Leadership Albany 2007 and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. She is married to Rev. B. L. Richardson and they have two children Brentic and Briana, a granddaughter Kerrington, and are guardians to their nephew, Tarence.
SYLVESTER PATTERSON Titans Head Coach Sylvester Patterson is no stranger to the basketball scene. Patterson coached for three years at Lee County High School and two years while in the U.S. Air Force. He served as a biomedical electronics instructor at Albany Technical College for eleven years. Patterson holds an associate’s degree from Moultrie Technical College and a bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State College. Coach Patterson and his wife, Raven, have one daughter, Reagan. His hobbies include playing golf and reading.
JUSTIN WILCOX Titans Assistant Coach Justin Wilcox is a full-time Student Life Coordinator in the department of Student Affairs at Albany Technical College, working with student engagement in participation in organizations, and volunteerism, and services learning activities. He serves as a mentor with the African American Male Mentoring Initiative and is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree at Albany State University. Wilcox was also a member of the Titans Men’s basketball team while he attended Albany Technical College.
KENNETH WILLIAMS Lady Titans Head Coach Kenneth Williams is a native of Newton, GA and has been employed at Albany Technical College since 2001 as a mathematics instructor. His other duties include assisting with ATC clubs and organizations, as well as student activities. Coach Williams graduated from Mitchell-Baker High School and from Albany State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in mathematics. Coach Williams is presently working on a master’s degree in mathematics at Nicholls State University. He is married to Temika Williams and they have two children, KenTrevious and Kentrel.
REGINALD ROBINSON Lady Titans Assistant Coach This is the second season for Reginald Robinson as Assistant Coach with the Albany Tech Lady Titans. Reginald Robinson is originally from Newton, Georgia. He was an all-state performer at Mitchell-Baker High School. After high school, Robinson served in the United States Army as an automated logistics specialist. He has an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Darton State College and is currently attending Troy University. He is employed with the Georgia Department of Labor. Robinson has one son Isaac who is 11 years old.
NICOLE LANE Head Cheer Coach A native of Jackson, Georgia, Albany Tech Titans Head Cheer Coach Nicole Lane was a high school and college cheerleader. While in college, she also served as an instructor for Elite Cheerleading, Inc., traveling throughout the U.S. providing personalized camps to middle and high school squads. She received bachelor’s degrees in Administrative Systems and Business Management from Albany State University and a master’s degree in Business Management from Troy University. Coach Lane currently serves as program chair and instructor in the Business Technology Department at Albany Technical College. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Lane is married to Darrell and they have one son, Nicholas. In her spare time, she loves to read, participate in community service, listen to music and spend time with family.
