Services SolarOne Inc. personnel have worked in planning, management, development and consulting in more fthan 13.5 MW in renewable energy projects al across the country. With more than 35 years of combined experience we can offer services covering the full range of implementation of projects and programs funded with federal funds and state funds. We provide Turn Key PV Systems, consulting and maintenance services. All our designs fulfill the articles and specifications of the National Electrical Code (NEC), the requirements of Energy Affairs Department (AAE) and the PR Electrical Power Authority (PREPA). Our products and installers are certified by the Energy Affairs Department (AAE) and the PR Electrical Power Authority (PREPA). We only use excellent quality products in combination with the best Engineering practices to assure a longer life on your PV System. We provide consulting such as: PV system sizing, layout recommendations string sizing and general suggestions for optimizing your system. We provide training and seminars in all our product brands.

Summary of Qualifications Mr. Yamil O. Pagán Santana and Mr. Ibrahim Fehmi Ibrahim, supervise a full time staff of over 15 project managers and field professionals and provide technical insight in photovoltaic project development. Mr. Pagán have extensive experience working with the development of PV projects in government, residential, commercial and industrial market. In the academic area they both have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy from the European University of Madrid.
Mr. Pagán has: • Received a special recognition in the Senate of Puerto Rico for being part of the first group of Puerto Rico with a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy. • Experienced in bill drafting related to the natural resources and energy issues area. • Management and design of renewable energy technology systems in like: Wind Energy, Solar energy systems such as: Photovoltaic and Solar-thermal, Concentrated Solar Power, and others such as: Geothermic Power, OTEC, Biomass and Hydroelectric. • Energy efficiency, emissions market, grid connection technical criteria’s, economic viability, technological and political analysis in the renewable energy areas. • Extensive computer training, including knowledge of multiple networking environments and business software packages. • Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency consultant at the Superintendent of the Capitol’s of Puerto Rico. • Spokesman at PREPA educational radio program “Brillando hacia el futuro” at different radio stations Special guest at educational program about energy related areas. • Several publications in Renewable Energy related areas

Health & Safety SolarOne Inc. policy is to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. SolarOne Inc. has developed a comprehensive Corporate Health and Safety Plan (HASP) defining the minimum health and safety standards required for SolarOne Inc. projects. All SolarOne Inc. field personnel and subcontractors are required to follow the SolarOne Inc. HASP, as well as, the client’s HASP, while performing field activities. Site specific HASP’s can be developed for each project by SolarOne Inc. management. In addition to adhering to the HASP, each SolarOne Inc. field service personnel has up to date physicals and OSHA 30-hour training. SolarOne Inc. also provides all field personnel with an annual 8-hour OSHA refresher course. Zero-Accident Construction is one of the values that drive our company to success.
Insurance SolarOne Inc. maintains full insurance coverage including comprehensive liability, workman’s compensation, and auto insurance. SolarOne Inc. can be bonded when necessary for most projects. SolarOne Inc. has the ability to modify insurance coverage when necessary to meet a particular client’s needs.
