Efrain Orengo possesses the knowledge related to civil engineering field with technical degrees in the areas of construction and delineation. Potentially developed at his first stage, working as a supervisor of municipal public works at the municipality of Yauco in which he was directly in charge of requisitions, procurement and project development under federal programs. Extensive experience was developed over the last 10 years in the field of private enterprise, serving as supervisor, general manager and even as a corporate president. He has the initiative and ability of new businesses development while in turn recognizes the entails risks of technological changes. His success in the business field, has led him to the acquisition of a commercial property located in Mayaguez dedicated to the business of commercial rents. His sense of ethics and social responsibility, makes him capable of evaluate, analyze and design trading activities, merchandising, marketing and logistics in public or private nature organizations, within the different economy sectors. He also has the resources such as personnel, customers and distributors management. Furthermore, he has the necessary values to generate impact to the environment, among them: responsibility, honesty, respect and great ability to analyze and solve problems, make decisions, work under pressure and above all the accomplishment of the planned activities.
William E. Guardiola Vargas Chief Financial Oficer
The CPA William E. Guardiola Vargas has 20 years of experience in public and corporate accounting. His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, MayagĂźez Campus. His experience in the private sector as Director of Budget and Finance of a company that managed approximately 10 million dollars a year, led him to establish and initiate the accounting practice in 2002 as Guardiola Accounting Services. The development of his business was obtained by the offering services such as: tax preparation, financial accounting services and consulting. At the present, the CPA William E. Guardiola Vargas is president and CEO of GUARDIOLA CPA, PSC and provides services to corporations and businesses from different industries in the southwest area of Puerto Rico. His passion and effort for the integration of his customers in his proposal for accessibility trust and commitment, had distinguish him within the financing field. He is currently a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants of Puerto Rico (CCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Furthermore, in July 2013 he received the designation of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as "Chartered Global Management Accountant" (CGMA).

Héctor Martí Rodríguez Legal Department
Mr. Héctor Martí Rodríguez, JD, was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technology from the University of Puerto Rico and his Juris Doctor in Law from Eugenio Maria de Hostos Law School. Mr. Martí before his legal practice was a forward thinking, visionary and analytical oriented Executive with fifteen years of manufacturing, business and management experience for the electronics and pharmaceutical industry. His manufacturing experience includes from quality outgoing for products used in the nuclear energy plants, production and inventory control and upper management in Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Mr. Martí started his carrier in 2005 as an partner attorney with Bufete Perez Rodríguez & Asoc., then moved on to establish his own law practice in 2010. Mr. Martí is currently a legal advisor for the agricultural, and transportation industry in Puerto Rico. His legal practice includes administrative law, corporate law, criminal law and family law. Mr. Martí built his reputation while undertaking the defense of some of the most important civil cases related to investment contract, involving several international corporations.
Gisela Delgado Pacheco Human Resources
Gisela Delgado Pacheco is a talented Human Resources management professional, with skills and experience working directly with employees’ supervision, process development, training, and evaluation. Her education in Organizational Studies, along with her management abilities, has allowed her to effectively fulfill positions as Director of Federal Affairs and Director of Legal Affairs in the Municipality of Yauco. Now she is interested in bringing her experience and abilities to Caribbean Biodiesel Solutions Inc. She possess the ability to work as a team player, meet deadlines and go the extra mile. Besides this and her penchant for detail, have contributed to her career success. Gisela Delgado had completed a BS in Business Administration with a Major in Organizational Studies, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, on June 2008, with a GPA of 3.91 and a Major GPA of 4.00, being recognized as the Best Organizational Studies Student on graduation. She recently completed her Juris Doctor in the Eugenio María de Hostos Law School in Mayaguez, with honors. Furthermore, her law studies have complemented her previous studies experiences providing her more awareness of the laws governing businesses; to protect both employers’ interests and employees’ rights. Her outgoing and friendly nature, allows Ms. Delgado to interact well with other staff members at all levels, and she pride herself on bringing the right measure of enthusiasm into the equation. She also possesses effective communication skills –written as well as oral- leadership and team building ability, and a proven commitment. She is always willing to work hard, learn, and apply all her knowledge to the best of her abilities.

Mireya M. Quiñones Fernández Infrastructure Director
Dedicated and highly motivated licensed civil engineer with experience in the field. Mireya performed research projects with the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center to improve military potential. She received the Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship for performing a research and participates in the Transportation Research Board at Washington, DC. She's was also a fellow member of the college team during the international competence of American Concrete Institute while performing an undergraduate research for the construction of wind farms. Mireya graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez and was awarded the medal of Magna Cum Laude for her academic performance. She then continued graduate studies to complete a Master in Sciences of Structural Engineering where she expects to finish by December 2013. She is involved in a research project for experimental and numerical evaluation of wavelet based damage detection methodologies for civil infrastructure. Research results were presented in the Engineering Earthquake Research Institute Annual Meeting at Seattle WA receiving positive feedback. Qualified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in Construction Safety. Skilled in civil and structural engineering principles, physics and mathematics. Her abilities to learn very quickly and strict organization makes her suitable to work under pressure while her on-field experience as well as her research and development skills is valuable for improving overall performance.
Christian L. Archeval Rivera Engineering Director
In the summer of 2012, Christian graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. While there, he worked with the Physics department researching the properties of ferromagnetic materials. He also was a memberofthelaureledChemical/MechanicalEngineering “CokiRacing Team” where he was the Mechanical Lead responsible the design, manufacturing and testing of a turbine based propulsion system of a scale car that ran on a chemical reaction as an alternate source of power. With his contributions the team obtained various awards such as the title of World Champions in the 2009 World Conference of Chemical Engineering in Montreal, Canada and National Champions on the 2011 AIChe National Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota among others. He currently stands out as one of the youngest engineers in the System Development and Payload Integration Branch on the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, Rhode Island developing concepts and prototypes for the use of the U.S. Navy. His passion for self-improvement moves him to seek opportunities where he can excel as a professional and gain experience, wherever he is. Christian has nick for D.I.Y. where in his spare time he puts his mind to work on personal projects whether it is tinkering with bike parts, home brewing or building furniture for his apartment.

Graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez with a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering. Glorimar has the experience as a validation specialist engineer within the medical device industry in which she acquired the knowledge regarding the qualification and handling of distribution, utilities and laboratory equipment respectively. She also has experience in the generation of documentation required during the validation process. Her professional experience was developed at Stryker Puerto Rico and Caribbean Cooper Vision Inc. Furthermore, she was the responsible as a project leader, for the distribution logistics activities required for the development and implementation of a new operating system.
Daniel is a young engineer who is about to finish his Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez. In his early career Daniel had already 1 year of experience working in the manufacturing industry with different companies in the United States and Puerto Rico, developing expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Project management, Process standardization and quality as well in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS). He is a very energetic, creative and inclusive person who enjoys working in groups and is very passionate for improvement. During his school he participate in several organizations and teams where developing leadership skills and other non-engineering related skills as sales and event organization.
She possess the knowledge upon requirements regarding the regulations established by the FDA under the Quality System Regulation (CFR part 820), as required per her current position of Compliance Regulatory Specialist. She is the responsible for the quality control regulations and products compliance. She is confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels. She also possesses excellent quality of leadership with strong settlement problems and dispute resolution. Her experience, also makes her proficient at the management of operating systems such as Agile, Oracle, etc..
When Daniel is not organizing something he enjoys riding his bicycle, cooking, traveling and dancing salsa. He is a young guy who is always willing to help and up to new challenges.

Hector J. Camareno Ojeda

Héctor Julián developed an interest in Chemical Engineering through his chemistry and physics courses in high school. Since then, it has been an ever-growing discovery of what the field represents as an economic development player, especially in the most important fields in his opinion: alternative energies and water treatment. He cultivated dense undergraduate experiences in research, including work with Dr. Lorenzo Saliceti Piazza (UPR-RUM) in the production of cellulosic ethanol from xylose and with Dr. Bala Subramaniam (KU-USA) in the supercritical hydrogenation of biofuel precursors to yield hydrocarbons. He posseses solid language and political skills that have been very useful in the concept and communication of ideas. Héctor Julián has worked for several years now in the Puerto Rican water industry, as a student leader and committee chair for the PRW&EA and for Industrial Scientific, a water treatment chemicals' company as a technical consultant and vendor. Today, he is part of ECR Engineering & Associates, PSC where he works as a Document Control and Project Engineer trainee.
Alberto C. Colón Torres Advertising Director
Graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at School of Communications with a Bachelor Degree in Audiovisual Communication. He has developed his skills in the field of advertising production and media strategies. In 2009 became the director of multimedia projects for the University of Puerto Rico in the faculty of humanities, develop and improve the content of web portals expanding its traffic level by 300%. In 2012 he joined the puerto rican company Steel and Pipes Inc. as a multimedia producer. Currently is president of the company ACC Studios giving advertising services to companies, business and institutions; such as LG, the University of Puerto Rico and the Universidad del Turabo developing potential with unique campaigns and expanding clients and audience list. He has expertise in content management systems, social network management, multimedia creation, networking, web pages, and a technical certificate in industrial electronics. His campaigns have impacted the national media; national and regional press, billboards, tv, raido, print, web and social media, using all media to run successful campaigns. He has established that each client is unique and therefore each is individual creation process.

Emmanuel Vรกzquez Torres
Social Responsability Coordinator
Emmanuel Vazquez is 27 years and is currently director of the corporation of environmental education and conservation Madre Tierra Atabey (www.ATABEY.info). He developed his professional career in environmental science between ten countries and 85 cities. This opportunity has allowed him to gain an international experience in environmental issues. Through the organization, Emmanuel has implemented various projects of international relevance in a local context in Puerto Rico. He has presented papers at the 9th World Social Forum in Brazil and in the 6th Conference on Coastal and Wetland Restoration in Florida. These projects that Emmanuel managed through Madre Tierra Atabey provide help to our citizens and communities, other nonprofit organizations, government agencies and private corporations.
Madre Tierra Atabey Atabey Earth Mother Corp. is an environmental conservation and education organization located in the southern region of Puerto Rico. It was registered under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 2010. Although the organization works in general with environmental issues, at the regional level the main issue is contamination and the results that emerge from the Toxics Release Inventory-report issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Toxics Release Inventory reveals that there are about 3 million pounds of toxic chemicals released annually to the atmosphere in the southern region. Furthermore, this linked to dozens of illegal dumps, sedimentation and illegal discharges in water bodies has affected our quality of life and environment. That is why Atabey Earth Mother emerges, with the MISSION of established multidisciplinary projects based on a sustainable model as strategic responses to environmental challenges in our environment, taking into consideration the social vectors, ecological and economic. From its founding, the organization has begun to develop proposals, services, workshops and resources to help citizens to create environmental awareness and guide them to use environmentally conservationist culture. Thereby, providing the solution to environmental problems both overall (global) and at specific level (Puerto Rico). Within this framework, Atabey Earth Mother group has achieved the benefit of our communities, non-governmental organizations, schools, government agencies and private companies. Currently the institution program activities are concentrated in 7 projects, 4-biannual activities and it also develops a legislative agenda.
