The practice of Civil Advisory Law We assist our clients in the design and analysis of private contracts and examine its legality according to Brazilian Law Elaboration and negotiation of contracts required for the feasibility of construction, operation and logistics activities necessary to implement project aimed at generation of energy; Legal opinion and advice on the feasibility of contracts, partnerships and business relationships in general; Management of due diligence related to private contracts. We try to offer our clients a multidisciplinary practice, involving professionals from various practice areas in order to compose a team able to meet the most varied situations of civil law in the non-litigation perspective. We prepare review and participate in the negotiation of complex engineering contracts, purchase and sale of large equipment, purchase of inputs for industry, export and import, among other businesses activities, as well as preparation of legal opinions on specific contract topics. The office bases its consulting practices on ethics and transparency, standing ready to translate to client the risks and benefits of business in general, always trying to present all possible alternatives to achieve client’s expectation, not failing to demonstrate the disadvantages and risks that may exist. The performance close to professionals of the litigation sector allow the assistance when it is proven necessary due diligence to evaluate the risks previously involved in the business celebration.
