HI! I’ M ALEJA I am a product design engineer, interested on service and experience design, focusing solutions and design processes .on people who will interact with them.
UX Researcher & Project Leader I have over 4 years of experience in UX research, leading, planning and taking into action projects and people throughout creative and innovative processes.
ABOUT ME I’m resourceful, with sense of belonging, and capable of synthesizing complex information. My ability to connect knowledge and experiences have allowed me to explore my creative potential aimed towards the design of different products like strategies tied up to meaningful business value propositions, user experiences aligned with their desires and needs, and working proposals around giving a new mindset to install the neccessary capabilities to have a strategic and human focused thinking towards business.

I’ve worked in strategic innovation processes with local companies like Freeport (shoes), Argos (construction), Alumina (Aluminum profiles), Comfama (family & employee welfare), Buen Comienzo (town hall), Matiz (coffee). I also have been involved in growing and developing soft skills neccessary to innovate in different local businesses like Argos (construction), SUMMA (BPO), Cámara de Comercio de Cali (Goverment entity).

SUPPORTING AND DEVELOPING STRATEGIC DESIGN PROCESSES To develop business strategic challenges we start from the beginning: creating value concerning these three main aspects: user needs and desires, global trends, and their own business capabilities.
F R O M WORKF LOW TO B USIN E SS EC O SY S TEM As a team, we setted out again which was the strategic north of a company that used to focus all of it’s efforts only in supplier chain manteinance. We turned this dynamic into a service platform, aimed and created out of consumer’s needs, desires and expectations.
SALES FORCE FOCUS ON USERS, NOT COMPANY’S PROCESSES Through a Service Journey Map, we build up a creative and co-created process to change a complex service into a practical and understandable one to users and also useful to sales force.

Step by step on how to face the challenge (DIY based on Design Thinking) 3.Specific tools to develop each of the phases the methodology brings up.
TOOLKIT D ESIGNING INCLUSION Created to face a crucial challenge all companies nowadays are trying to solve: diversity and inclusion. The content is focused in a step by step to help create processes revolving around diversity and inclusion on different variables like gender, race, thinking, among others. There’s also cases of study of how other companies kept afloat these strategies as their core when it came to work environment.
