What is a GV Ambassador ROLE DESCRIPTION A GV Ambassador is a representative of AIESEC in Denmark that will ensure the success of the relationship between our entity and our partner entities for summer peak, the wellbeing of our exchange participants during their projects, and the advocacy for our brand.
What are the benefits of the role? INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS All Ambassadors will get a free GV exchange opportunity to their responsible entity location as well as the coverage for attendance at an Ambassadors Summit in Copenhagen, in April. WHICH ENTITIES ARE INVOLVED?
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

The Ambassadors will ensure that every LC has marketing plans and materials to promote their partner entity. They will also ensure that communication between oGV in Denmark and iGV in the partner country is clear, easy, and efficient. Finally, they will ensure that all of Denmark’s EPs in their entity receive excellent exchange experiences by ensuring standards, helping solve potential quality cases, and aiding in the creation of brand advocacy materials.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? All Ambassadors will be required to participate in an exchange in one of the partner entities listed on the previous page. They should have basic knowledge of exchange processes as well as a true passion to work towards the SDG in their project! They should reserve at least 5 hours per week for their responsibilities as well as time on the 27th of April for the Ambassadors and OGX summit, in Copenhagen.
WHAT WILL I LEARN AS AN AMBASSADOR? Not only will you be part of a close-knit team lead by MCVP OGX (Daria), but you will become an expert in international relations within AIESEC in Denmark. You will receive education on how to manage and motivate LC operations, plan and keep track of personal and performance goals, how to solve a potential case using Exchange Participant Policies, how to act as a host for the EPs on your partner entity, and how to create exciting brand advocacy content. This position is recommended (but by no means limited) to those studying or interested in International Business, Project Management, Brand and Marketing Management, Business Administration, Service Management, Communication Studies, and Multimedia Design.

Positions are opened only for current active members of AIESEC in Denmark, no matter of the role you are holding in the organization (members, TL, VP, OGX, ICX, TM etc)
The selection process will be held by the MCVP OGX, Daria, after the application deadline. We cannot ensure that you will get to go to the country you choose as preference!
Each Ambassador will go to only one country except Brazil and Peru, where there will be 2 Ambassadors going.

There are 8 positions opened. Mandatory one Ambassador per LC at least.
GV Fee will be covered 100% Travel costs will have support: partial or totally covered. It will be discussed with BoF.
